1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Day21 | Bulk Social Media Downloader browser extension ("the extension") and this website, published by Day21 ("we", "us"). By installing or using the extension, or by using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the extension. You must be old enough to form a binding agreement where you live in order to use it.

2. What the extension is

The extension is a tool that helps you save photos and videos from pages you view on most major social platforms to your own device. It runs locally in your browser and is currently free to install and use. It does not require an account.

The extension is a tool, not a content service. We do not host, store, view, copy, or distribute any content you download with it, and we have no ability to remove content from any platform. Rights holders with concerns about the extension itself can reach us at support@day21.dev.

3. Platform terms come first

The extension works on websites operated by third parties. Your use of the extension on any platform is governed first and foremost by that platform's own terms of service, community guidelines, and policies. You agree to:

• use the extension only in ways permitted by the terms of the platform you are using it on;
• not use the extension where the platform's terms prohibit downloading, scraping, or automated access;
• treat the platform's terms as the controlling rulebook whenever they are stricter than anything written here.

We are an independent publisher. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any social platform, and nothing about the extension implies otherwise. All platform names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

4. Acceptable use and your responsibility

You agree to use the extension only for lawful purposes, and in particular to:
