Stuck, or found a bug? Most issues have quick fixes — try the checklist below, and if it doesn't help, email us. We read everything.

Try this first

  1. Reload the page you are downloading from, then trigger the download again.
  2. Check that the extension has access to the site: click the extension icon and grant access if asked, or review site access in your browser's extension settings.
  3. Make sure the extension is up to date in your browser's extension manager.
  4. For big collections that stopped midway, use Resume in the queue panel — it continues from where the download stopped.
