Stuck, or found a bug? Most issues have quick fixes — try the checklist below, and if it doesn't help, email us. We read everything.
Try this first
- Reload the page you are downloading from, then trigger the download again.
- Check that the extension has access to the site: click the extension icon and grant access if asked, or review site access in your browser's extension settings.
- Make sure the extension is up to date in your browser's extension manager.
- For big collections that stopped midway, use Resume in the queue panel — it continues from where the download stopped.
