Support

Stuck, or found a rough edge? Most issues have quick fixes — try the checklist below, and if it doesn't help, email us. We read everything.

Try this first

  1. Make sure the plugin is installed and up to date, and that the command shows up in your Claude Code session.
  2. Run the command from inside the repository you want to work on — the interview reads and writes files relative to your project.
  3. If the interview drifts or stalls, start a fresh session and bring the plan back in; long sessions can lose focus.
  4. If files aren't being written, check that your session has permission to edit files in the repo (and that the repo isn't read-only).

Contact us

Email support@day21.dev and include:

  • what you asked the plugin to do (a plan review, a design session…);
  • what happened instead — the question, output, or error you saw;
  • your Claude Code version and operating system.

Support is provided on a best-effort basis. Please don't send passwords, API keys, or private code — we never need them.
