Support
Stuck, or found a rough edge? Most issues have quick fixes — try the checklist below, and if it doesn't help, email us. We read everything.
Try this first
- Make sure the plugin is installed and up to date, and that the command shows up in your Claude Code session.
- Run the command from inside the repository you want to work on — the interview reads and writes files relative to your project.
- If the interview drifts or stalls, start a fresh session and bring the plan back in; long sessions can lose focus.
- If files aren't being written, check that your session has permission to edit files in the repo (and that the repo isn't read-only).
Contact us
Email support@day21.dev and include:
- what you asked the plugin to do (a plan review, a design session…);
- what happened instead — the question, output, or error you saw;
- your Claude Code version and operating system.
Support is provided on a best-effort basis. Please don't send passwords, API keys, or private code — we never need them.
