Day21 · Grill with Docs

Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 3, 2026

The short version

We do not collect, store, transmit, sell, or share any personal data. At all. The Day21 | Grill with Docs plugin ("the plugin") has no accounts, no analytics, no telemetry, no crash reporting, and no servers of ours involved in its operation. We never see your code, your plans, your questions, or your answers — nothing is ever uploaded to us, because we have no server or website backend to upload anything to.

What the plugin actually is

The plugin is a set of plain-text instruction files that your own installation of Claude Code loads and follows. It runs an interview about your plan or design and writes the resulting decision records and glossary entries into your repository. There is no software of ours running anywhere outside your machine, and no network endpoint of ours it could talk to.

Data we collect: none

  • No accounts. There is nothing to sign up for.
  • No analytics or telemetry. The plugin phones nowhere — we cannot even count how many people use it.
  • No content collection. Your code, plans, prompts, and answers never reach us.
  • No cookies. Neither the plugin nor this website sets any.
  • No sale or sharing of data. We hold no user data, so there is nothing to sell, share, or leak.

Data flow that does happen — with your AI provider

The plugin runs inside your Claude Code session. Like everything you do in that session, your conversation — including the plugin's instructions, your inputs, and any repository content the session reads — is processed by the AI service you have configured (for example, Anthropic's Claude). That processing happens under your own agreement with that provider and its privacy policy. We are not a party to that relationship and receive nothing from it. If you have questions about how your AI provider handles conversation data, consult that provider's privacy documentation.

Files written to your repository

The plugin's output — architecture decision records and glossary entries — is written by your own Claude Code session into your local repository as plain markdown files. These files stay on your machine (and wherever you choose to push your repository). We never receive or access them.

This website

This website is a set of static pages. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, embeds no tracking pixels, and loads no third-party scripts. Our hosting infrastructure processes standard technical request data (such as IP addresses) transiently in order to deliver and secure the pages, as any web host does; we do not use it to identify or profile visitors.

Children's privacy

Neither the plugin nor this website is directed at children under 13, and — as described above — we collect no data from anyone, children included.

Changes to this policy

If we ever change how the plugin or this website handles data, we will update this page and its effective date before the change takes effect. Given the plugin's design — no servers, no collection — we do not expect this policy to change in substance.
